The various countries distribute the legal status different with various products from sweet herbs. For example, the ayurveda, the therapy of complementary medicine of India believes that heavy metals are therapeutic. The United States however believes that the elevated levels of heavy metals are really not very sure for normal consumption. One does not grant medicines so much ayurvedic the same statute like drugs and they regular are certainly not adopted by the FDA.

 
Like other products not-FDA-approvals of health, drugs ayurvedic are not sold in the United States as dietetic supplements and not medicines. It is simply an escape because according to American laws, supplements do not need to be examined for safety or the effectiveness. In certain cases even the quality control of the active substances can be unsatisfactory.
